I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?

  • We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.
 What type of wigs do you specialize in?
  • I specialize in machine-made wigs that are flat, neat, and of great quality.
Do you make custom wigs?/ Can I get a wig remade?
  • Yes,Please Allow 15-20 Business Days For Unit To Be Made And Shipped.
    How long will it take to receive my wig or bundles?
    • At the moment Simply Moe Slayed Luxury Hair & Wigs ONLY provides pre-orders. This means that when payment is made in full orders it will take 2-3 business days to process, once it’s been processed and shipped a tracking number will be emailed/messaged to you it will take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive. Signature is REQUIRED upon arrival of a package by the customer. 
    • Buy now pay later option processing time is 3-5 business days.
    • Our Ready to ship Wigs will be available for local pick up the following business day.
    • Our bundles will be available for local pick up the following business day if we have requested items in stock 
    • Buy now pay later option for local pickup please allow 3-5 business days processing time before available for local pickup.
    Do I have to use glue when applying/securing my wigs?
    • If you choose to purchase a closure wig, you will not need any adhesive. If you choose to purchase a frontal wig, you will need glue or adhesive to apply the wig.
    • You also have the option to add combs and/or an elastic band to your unit.
    Are wigs refundable?
    • ALL HAIR BUNDLE, FRONTAL, CLOSURE, AND WIG ORDERS,  ARE All FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.
    Are lost or stolen packages refundable? 
    • Lost, stolen, or damaged are non refundable 

    • Once packages have been shipped and your tracking number has been provided to you via email, the package is OUT OF OUR CARE and becomes in the care of the shipping company USPS MAIL. Simply Moe Slayed Luxury Hair & Wigs is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is by any chance damaged or stolen, PLEASE contact USPS MAIL.

    • You do have the option to purchase insurance for your order.

    What would you recommend for my first wig?
    • I would recommend a closure wig. Frontal wigs are more high maintenance and can be overwhelming if you’re not familiar with them. 
    How long does your hair last?
    • Our hair can last a minimum of 3-5 years WITH proper care.
    How many bundles do you recommend for a full sew in?
    •  2-3 bundles for shorter hair lengths and 3 or more bundles for longer lengths are recommended for a full sew in.
    What type of maintenance will a wig need? 
    • With wigs you will eventually have to replace the lace piece as time progress due to shedding.
    Do you offer 1-on-1 classes?
    • I do not offer 1-on-1 classes at the moment.
    Do you install wig?
